This website is operated by Feel le Tour. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Feel le Tour. Feel le Tour offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 1 – Registration for Feel le Tour

We reserve the right to allocate the place for Feel le Tour. The submission of the interest form does not guarantee you a spot. We will inform you in writing if we granted you a spot at Feel le Tour after speaking to you in person.

SECTION 2 – Age Limits

To participate in Feel le Tour we require you to be 18 or over.

SECTION 3 – Reservation of spot

Once we have confirmed the spot to you, you have 10 business days to pay the deposit which secures your spot. Should you not pay the deposit within 10 business days you will lose the spot.

The deposit will be deductible from your total participant cost.

SECTION 4 – Booking of Add-ons

Feel le Tour offers a variety of Add-Ons. Those do not necessarily have to be booked at the point of reservation but can be added and deleted later.

SECTION 5 – Arrival and departure

Feel le Tour does not take any responsibility for you trip to the starting location. All the costs associated with your travel to the starting location and away from the finishing location will have to be covered by you. If for whatever circumstance you are not able to meet us on time at the starting location, all the additional costs incurred will have to be covered by you. We, however, do provide guidance if possible.

SECTION 6 – Cycling Equipment

Feel le Tour does not provide the cycling requirement necessary to take part in Feel le Tour. You will have to bring your own bike, shoes, helmets and any other equipment you deem necessary to take part in a seven day long event.

Should you feel you do not possess adequate equipment to take part in Feel le Tour, you can contact us and we will provide our guidance.

SECTION 7 – Insurance

In order to take part in Feel le Tour, you must hold suitable insurance cover. Insurance should include adequate cover for baggage, medical expenses and medical repatriation which covers the activity (road cycling) you will be taking part in.

Furthermore, you should take up an insurance protecting you from the loss or damage to your bicycle.

We recommend bringing your European Health insurance card or UK global health insurance card with you.

You will have to show according insurance cover at the point of the arrival. If you fail to display according insurance we reserve the right to cancel your place from the tour with the respective cancellation charges which you will find in our Cancellation policy.

SECTION 8 – Payment

There is going  to be two points of payment.

• Point 1 – Payment of the deposit (point of registration)
• Point 2 – Payment of the remaining amount (payable 10 prior to the start of your Tour)

Those payment should be done either by Bank Transfer or PayPal Transfer.

Should you fail to pay those charges in time we may take it that you have cancelled your place on the tour and cancellation charges will apply in accordance with out Cancellation policy.

SECTION 9 – Cancellation Policy

Should you for whatever reason not be able to take your spot at Feel le Tour, please let us know in writing immediately. The following conditions and charges will then apply to your cancellations:

• Up to 70 days prior to start of the tour – payment and deposit will be fully refunded
• 70 days – 46 days prior to start of the tour – deposit will not be refunded
• 45 days to 29 days prior to start of the tour – we will retain 50% of the participation cost
• 28 days to 15 days prior to start of the tour – we will retain 75% of the participation cost
• 14 days to 8 days prior to start of the tour – we will retain 90% of the participation cost
• 7 days to start of the journey – we will retain 100% of the participation cost

All dates refer to the start of your tour.

In case the Tour has to be postponed, cancelled or delayed due to us, we will be providing a full refund of the participation cost paid by you.

You acknowledge that we may cancel, postpone or delay the tour or any aspect of the tour or withdraw your place on the tour if we are prevented directly or indirectly from running the tour or from performing any of our obligations under our contract with you by reason of an act of God, inclement weather, strikes, trade disputes, industrial action, fire, breakdowns, government or political action, acts or threats of war or terrorism, interruption of transport, congestion, technical problems or acts or omissions of third parties or for any other reason of whatever nature beyond our reasonable control and you acknowledge that in these circumstances you will have no right to a refund of your deposit or the participant cost either in whole or in part.

Should we cancel, postpone, delay or change the itinerary for the tour or decide to withdraw your place from the Tour for whatever reason, you will not be entitled to claim against us for any amounts (other than for any refund which is expressly stated to be payable in accordance with these terms) or to seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses, damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation, postponement, delay, change or withdrawal (including but not limited to visa or passport charges, gear purchases, transport costs, airport or airline taxes). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our for death or personal injury arising from our negligence.

SECTION 10 – Conduct during the event

We expect you to behave respectfully and appropriately over the course of the event. We do have the right to ask you to leave the tour if we believe your conduct is damaging to the spirit or safety of the event.

SECTION 11 – Required Fitness and ability

It lies in your responsibility to have the required fitness and cycling ability when attending the event.

Should you not have the required fitness and fall too far back from the group we might ask you to get into our support vehicles to ensure the on-stage support of the other riders.

Should you not have the technical ability and endanger other cyclists we reserve the right to ask you to keep a distance to other riders or leave the tour.

SECTION 12 – Safety of personal belongings

Your personal belongings are your own responsibility during the event with us. We guarantee to take the utmost care in keeping them safe and free of damages but we will not take any ownership should they get stolen or damaged.

SECTION 13 – Safety of riders

 You will be required to wear a helmet at all times once you are on your bike and participating in the stages. In addition we ask you to drive carefully and not endanger other riders. Adequate instructions are given at the beginning of each stage. Should you not follow them repeatedly we hold the right to remove you from the tour.

SECTION 14 – Acceptance of risk

Please be assured that we will do the utmost to ensure your safety and well-being when on the event. However, there are some inherent risks that cannot be eliminated by us. By registering to take part in Feel le Tour, you are accepting those risks which are outside of our reasonable control.

SECTION 15 – VISAS and Travelling limitations

It lies in your responsibility to adhere to the relevant travelling or VISA limitations. This involves a passport with an expiry date of at least six months after you return. You are also responsible for adhering to all the entry requirements i.e. COVID rules; Feel le Tour will however keep you updated about all the rules.
